Treasury Manager
Manage the financial flows of a group of companies in the Wellness niche.
About the role
We are NVEX, a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. Our portfolio includes mobile and web apps and services with a multi-million audience in the Health & Wellness niche. We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Wellness team.
What you'll do
- Set up and onboard financial tools: remote desktops, email, SIM cards, phones
- Analyse and select financial institutions to provide the companies with required currencies and settlement methods
- Open bank accounts for group companies and manage communication with banks
- Distribute requests in Jira (Fin and TPS) and process payments with the relevant financial institutions
- Verify source documents and payment data for services and subscriptions
- Record payment information for request initiators and download bank statements
- Bank compliance: communication with banks, collecting information on request, annual bank reviews
- Regulate cash flows across the group for optimal fund circulation
- Consolidate payment data by company, currency and financial institution, and plan weekly cash movement
- Issue and manage test cards, provide and replace provider payment details
What we expect from you
- Experience in a Treasury / Payments role in international or IT companies
- Understanding of multi-currency structures and financial institutions across jurisdictions
- Experience opening and maintaining bank accounts
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, ability to work with large volumes of payment data
