Senior Product Analyst

We are NVEX, a Ukrainian multi-product IT company with mobile and web apps in the Health & Wellness niche. We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Wellness team. You will own your own area of responsibility and get the chance to build product analytics as a standalone function, with a high level of autonomy in decision-making and in introducing data- and AI-driven approaches — working in a team of 5 analysts where you can directly influence product scaling through data-driven insights.

• Collect and analyse data from multiple sources (databases, ad platforms, Amplitude) to find growth points
• Build and maintain a metrics and dashboard system in Looker for marketing and product
• Run A/B tests, investigate anomalies and validate product hypotheses
• Introduce automation and AI tooling to optimise analytical processes
• Present research results and collaborate closely with PMM, marketing, product and billing teams

• 3+ years of experience as a Data/Product Analyst (ideally in B2C subscription-based products)
• Confident SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker) for building dashboards
• Deep understanding of product metrics and unit economics (DAU/MAU, LTV, funnels, cohorts)
• Proactivity, ability to independently spot gaps and propose hypotheses
• Experience with Amplitude and interest in AI automation of analytical processes
• English at B1 level or higher

• Experience automating analytical processes or introducing AI tools (automated dashboards, AI assistants, routine task optimisation)
• Experience with subscription-based B2C products
