Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are NVEX, a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. Our portfolio includes mobile and web apps and services with a multi-million audience in the Health & Wellness niche. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Wellness team. You will work with a funnel that hundreds of thousands of engaged users pass through, influence large-scale advertising campaigns, and get the freedom to launch bold initiatives with a direct business impact.

• Plan, launch and analyse A/B tests in web-to-web funnels
• Find and prioritise hypotheses to grow CR, AOV and billing metrics
• Work with monetisation: pricing, offers, upsells, paywalls, checkout
• Analyse the user journey from funnel entry to purchase and find drop-off points
• Evaluate test results through CR, ARPU, LTV, payback and other unit-economics metrics
• Monitor key metrics daily, look for insights and growth areas
• Set tasks for design, analytics and engineering to launch new tests and mechanics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, design and tech teams
• Ensure consistency between creative, funnel, offer and the actual user experience
• Analyse the market, competitors and new approaches to CRO and monetisation

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience running A/B tests end-to-end: from hypothesis to result analysis
• Strong understanding of CRO and web-to-web funnel logic
• Hands-on experience with monetisation: offers, pricing, upsells, checkout flow
• Understanding of key metrics: CR, CPA, AOV, ARPU, LTV, Payback, rebill rate
• Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Clarity, GA4, Tableau or equivalents
• Ability to find insights in data and turn them into new hypotheses
