Mid-Senior Lawyer

We are NVEX, a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We are seeking a commercially minded Mid-Senior Lawyer to support the legal and compliance needs of a growing group of wellness companies. The role will work across multiple business lines and jurisdictions, providing practical legal advice on commercial and corporate matters. This position is well suited to a lawyer who enjoys working closely with business teams, can operate independently, and is comfortable managing a broad range of legal matters in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Advise on corporate, commercial, employment, and operational matters
• Draft and review key contracts, policies and terms of service
• Support governance, entity management, and compliance matters
• Work with internal teams and external counsel to manage risk and resolve issues
• Support HR, legal templates, and new launches

• Qualified lawyer with around 3–5 years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent in-house experience)
• Strong background in commercial and corporate law
• Experience with digital products and IT law is essential
• Practical, commercial approach with the ability to work independently

• Experience in consumer-facing, healthcare, wellness, or regulated businesses
• Familiarity with data protection across various jurisdictions, marketing claims, and cross-border issues
